1. Return Policy
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Once your return request is submitted and approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
- The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.
2. Return Inspection & Replacement
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:
- If the item meets our return criteria, it will be approved.
- Upon approval, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed for products of the same or higher value (subject to stock availability).
- Once your exchange request is approved, the exchange product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days.
- Products must be returned in unused condition and original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only processed in approved cases, such as when a replacement product is unavailable or the return meets all refund eligibility criteria.
- Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 4–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to reject returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:
- Product is used, damaged, or not in original packaging
- Return/exchange request is raised after the 24-hour window
- Product was purchased under clearance, final sale, or promotional offer (unless damaged or defective)
